Who we are
This website, inkyberrie.com, is run by Guava Tree Press, an independent publisher of coloring books, puzzle books and practical guides. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Guava Tree Press.

The short version
- You can browse this site without giving us any personal information.
- If you sign up for a free printable, we keep your email address so we can send it to you and tell you about new books.
- We never sell or rent your information.
- You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your details.
Information we collect
When you sign up for a free printable. Some pages have a sign-up form. When you use it, we collect your email address (and your first name, if the form asks for it). We also record which free printable you asked for, so we know which books you are interested in.
When you visit the site. Like almost every website, our web host automatically records basic technical information when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
When you email us. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
How we use your information
- To send you the free printable you asked for.
- To send you occasional emails about new books, seasonal editions and other free printables. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the website working, secure and free of spam.
We only email you because you signed up and confirmed your address. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.
Services we use
We use a small number of trusted services to run this site. They handle your information on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- EmailOctopus stores our email list and sends our emails. Their sign-up forms may use cookies that are needed for the form to work.
- Hostinger hosts this website and keeps the technical records described above.
- Google Fonts may supply the fonts on this site, in which case your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
These services may store or process information in countries other than your own. We choose providers that protect personal information to recognized standards.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to Amazon, Payhip and our cookbook site, Cottage Kitchen Table. When you follow a link, you leave this site, and that site’s own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how other sites handle your information.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising cookies or social media tracking on this site. The only cookies you are likely to meet here are ones needed for the site or our sign-up forms to work.
How long we keep your information
We keep your email address for as long as you stay on our list. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away. We may keep a record that you unsubscribed so we don’t add you again by mistake. If you ask us to delete your details, we will remove them completely.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct it if it is wrong,
- delete it, or
- stop using it.
Just email hello@inkyberrie.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act or Kenya’s Data Protection Act, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Some of our books are made for children, but our email sign-ups are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we will delete their details.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
